How do I get in touch?
Send the form on this page, or email info@loftyvillas.com. Both reach the same team in Phuket.
Is anyone available outside working hours?
Yes. A member of our team is contactable 24 hours a day.
What should I put in my message?
Your dates, how many adults and children are coming, and the area or type of property you have in mind. If one feature decides the trip, such as a private pool or a short walk to the beach, tell us that too.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Our booking team works in English.
Do you match prices?
Yes. If the same property is advertised at a lower price on another site, send us the link and we will match it.
Can the stay be customized?
Yes. Transfers, catering, spa treatments and additional housekeeping can be added to any reservation.
What if I need to cancel?
