Surin and Bang Tao run into Laguna, Cherngtalay and Kamala, so there is plenty of choice nearby. You can also step down to a condo with our apartments in Surin and Bang Tao.
Most of them do, and each listing states it. One or two sit in small estates where the pool is shared instead.
Use the Private Pool filter if it has to be your own.
Closer than almost anywhere else we list — each of the current villas is within about a kilometre of the sand, and the listing shows exactly where.
Bang Tao is flat, so that is a genuine walk rather than a walk on paper.
Yes — they sit close to Laguna Golf Phuket, the 18-hole course behind Bang Tao beach, and it is one of the filters on this page.
Not as standard on our Bang Tao and Surin villas.
We can almost always arrange it, so ask when you book rather than after you arrive and we will have it in place for the first morning.

A villa with its own pool and a beach you can walk to is a rare combination in Phuket.
Less than in most areas. The beach, Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket are all close, and Grab works well here.
You will want transport for Patong, Phuket Town or the piers.
About 20 km, roughly half an hour by road — the shortest transfer of any west-coast beach we cover. That matters more than it sounds after a long flight with children.
Yes on the current villas, and the listing confirms it for each.
For a longer stay or a family that is usually the difference between packing for a week and packing for three days.
Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket sit just behind the beach and cover most of it — a supermarket, a weekly market, cafes and a wide spread of restaurants.
Surin is a few minutes south, and Laguna’s own restaurants are open to non-residents.
Getting there, getting around, the beach and what is near it.
The north-west coast, and the closest of the main beaches to the airport.
Grab works reliably here, so you do not have to negotiate a fare at the roadside.
Flat, spread out, and easier without a car than most of Phuket.
Laguna’s lagoons are crossed by shuttle boat, and the complex is nearly traffic-free inside.
Six kilometres of sand, one of the longest and quietest on the island.
Enough within reach that you do not have to plan every day.
Surin is smaller and smarter than Bang Tao, with less within walking range. Layan, at the north end, is quieter than both.
