Sliding doors open onto a furnished private balcony with a table and chairs. The separate bedroom features a king size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. An accordion style door separates the living and kitchen area. A double sofa bed in the living room sleeps up to three adults or two adults and two children.
The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all utensils for self catering. Free WiFi is provided. Phuket Villa Condo facilities include a large swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, a coffee shop and minimart on site, and ample parking. A laundry service is available for an extra fee. Electricity is charged separately at 7 baht per kWh for all stays. Cleaning service is available on request.
Late check in is available at no charge. A refundable damage deposit is collected in cash on arrival and returned at check out after the property has been inspected. The amount varies by property.
