BangTao beach is a popular destination, highlights of the area include BangTao beach (only 700 meters from the Condo), Boat Avenue open mall and Catch beach club. BangTao is a beautiful long beach with clear waters, famous for the many small restaurants and bars set all along the beach. Parallel to the beach but behind a line of buildings is the commercial area where you will find the usual: tailors, convenience stores, travel agencies, dive shops, massage shops, bars and restaurants. Just 10 mins walk from the Condo there is the Boat Avenue shopping complex with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars, a big fresh local market, and an European supermarket Villa Market. The modern Porto De Phuket shopping complex, with numerous restaurants, Tors supermarket, boutiques and food court, is just a short ride away. Within a 8 mins drive you can reach the Blue Tree Phuket Water Park - an immense playground designed for adults and kids to spend a day of fun in the warm waters of a tropical island. With its multicolored and brightly decorated buildings, the park is easy to spot on the roadside of Cherngtalay. There is a free shuttle service stopping at Bangtao Beach – Catch Beach Club – Bangtao’s Friday Market – Blue Tree Water Park. For those who prefer a little exercise, a whole host of other activities are a short stroll away. Please note, the road to the beach doesn't have sidewalks and can be dangerous for walking. Please rent a car or scooters to go around or use the Shuttle bus to surrounding areas.
