This three bedroom pool villa in Thalang sits at Ozone Campus, a quiet residential community in Thep Krasattri in the north of Phuket. At 200 square metres, it suits a family or group of up to six guests who want privacy and space.
The bright living area has a lounge with a smart TV, a dining area and a kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. A separate laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer, useful on longer stays.
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master and second bedrooms have king beds, and the third has two single beds. Outside, the private backyard has a swimming pool and a small garden.
UWC Thailand and Thanyapura Sports and Health Resort are close by. Bang Tao Beach, Nai Yang Beach and the airport are each about 15 to 20 minutes by car, and a car is recommended.
Electricity up to 35 kWh a day is included, with extra use charged at 7 baht per kWh. Cleaning during your stay is available on request for an additional fee. Late check in can be arranged free of charge on request. A refundable damage deposit is collected in cash on arrival and returned at check out after the property has been inspected.
