This three bedroom pool villa in Cherngtalay sits at Botanica Modern Loft, a quiet and secure villa community in Pasak. It sleeps up to six guests and is built in a modern loft style, with high ceilings and large glass walls that open onto the pool deck.
The open plan living area has a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Outside there is a private saltwater pool, a sun terrace with loungers and a covered dining patio.
There are three bedroom suites, each with a king size bed, a smart TV and air conditioning. The master suite has an en suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub.
Daily maid cleaning is included in the stay. The maid can also cook breakfast on request; groceries are charged at cost plus 10%. The villa manager meets you at check in.
Bang Tao and Layan beaches are about 10 to 12 minutes by car, Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket about 8 to 10 minutes, Laguna Golf about 10 minutes and the airport about 25 minutes.
Electricity is charged at 7 baht per kWh by meter reading. A refundable damage deposit is collected in cash on arrival and returned at check out after the property has been inspected. The amount varies by property.
