The open plan living and dining area has high ceilings, and the Western kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and large fridge. There is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, covered parking for two cars and 24 hour security on the estate.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. One is on the ground floor with sliding doors straight onto the pool, which suits older guests, and the other two are upstairs. Boat Avenue is a short drive away, and Surin Beach is about five minutes by car. The area is still developing, so there may be construction nearby.
Electricity up to 75 kWh a day is included, with extra use charged at 7 baht per kWh. Cleaning during your stay is available on request for an additional fee.
