The open-plan living area is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and features a comfortable seating area with a large TV and cable channels. Step directly out onto your private patio from either the living room or the bedroom. This furnished outdoor space has direct access to the communal pool.
The bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. We can comfortably host up to 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children) using the sofa-bed in the living room.
Prepare meals or beach snacks with ease in the compact, fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils.
Guests have free access to the Phuket Villa Condo shared amenities, including a sauna, fitness room, and large swimming pool. There is also a coffee shop and a minimart on-site, plus a laundry service for an extra fee. Large parking space is available for guests with vehicles. Free access to WIFI service.
PLEASE NOTE. Electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kWh. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, turn off the AC and lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check-in is available for free upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the designated garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
