The villa is fully wheelchair accessible and designed for all ages, from young children to the elderly. It's also equipped with a smart home system, solar panels, and an automatic gate — giving you comfort, security, and peace of mind. Parking is available for up to two cars.
Inside, you'll find three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool area. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed and a private patio. This room is tucked away on the opposite side of the pool courtyard for extra peace and quiet.
An open-plan living and dining area with double-volume ceilings overlooking the pool seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors, creating an immersive atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen is available to cater to all your culinary needs, with plenty of space for socializing inside and out.
The separate poolside pavilion is your private clubhouse — an elegant retreat with a sleek bar and a lounge area. Perfect for entertainment day or night, whether mixing cocktails at sunset or unwinding with friends, this is where memories are made.
Great location, just minutes away from the best of Bangtao: Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue (3 minutes' drive), Bangtao Beach (8 minutes' drive), Laguna Golf Course (10 minutes' drive), plus world-class restaurants and bars, supermarkets, and other local attractions.
The full-time maid at the villa will ensure the space is spotless and welcoming throughout the day.
Electric usage of 50kWh/day is included in the rate, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kWh. To keep the cost down, please be mindful and close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all lights when you leave.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿15,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

To ensure a wonderful and safe stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to read and adhere to the following house rules.
General Respect & Property Care
This is our private home, and we expect guests to treat it with respect.
Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Rowdy groups, loud music, offensive language, or anti-social behavior are strictly prohibited.
Please take care of all house decorations, furniture, and equipment. Guests will be charged for any damages incurred during their stay.
Guest Capacity & Parties
The total number of occupants must not exceed the agreed number unless approved in advance.
No bachelor/hen parties or events of any kind are permitted.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only outside the house
A deep cleaning fee of at least 5,000 THB per bedroom will be charged for smoking inside the villa.
Safety & Children
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the pool area.
For safety, running, diving, and any other dangerous activities are prohibited.
