Set on a private hillside in Patong, this six-bedroom villa looks out over Patong Bay with panoramic views of the sea and the city — particularly striking at night when the bay lights up. Sitting on 1,800 sqm of land and spanning 800 sqm, it offers plenty of space for large groups looking for a private, well-staffed retreat close to Patong’s restaurants, nightlife, and shopping.
The lower floor has three bedrooms with king beds and direct pool access. The upper floor has two more king bedrooms with private balconies and pool loungers, plus an additional twin room with a half bath. The main living area is on the upper level with high timber ceilings, an open-plan kitchen, a large dining area, and floor-to-ceiling folding doors that open onto a terrace with panoramic sea views.
Outdoors, the 15m infinity pool is the centrepiece, with a separate children’s pool (5x5m, 20cm depth). A summer kitchen with BBQ and outdoor dining is beside the pool, along with a Bluetooth sound system on the deck. Daily maid service and breakfast preparation are included — grocery costs are charged separately with a 15% surcharge.
