Other rules

• This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
• Garbage must be taken to the garbage area near elevators to avoid insects and bad odors.
• Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
• Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
• No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
• Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
