• This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
• Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
• Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
• Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
• No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets.
• Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
