Do the villas have a private pool?
Nearly all of them do. 33 of our 35 villas have their own pool, so you swim without sharing it with anyone. The two that do not still have full use of a shared pool.
How many people can a villa sleep?
Our villas run from two bedrooms up to six, and the largest sleeps twelve. Most are three bedrooms, which suits a family or two couples travelling together. Tell us your numbers and we will match you to one with enough beds.
Where are the pool villas in Phuket?
Most sit around Kamala, Laguna and Bang Tao, with a few in Patong, Nai Thon and Rawai. Kamala has the widest choice. If you are not sure which side of the island suits you, tell us what your days look like and we will point you the right way.
How much does a pool villa cost?
Rates start at around THB 2,600 a night and most sit near THB 6,000, with the largest villas going higher at peak. Prices move with the season, so the same villa costs less outside December to March.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, and it changes by villa and by season. Expect a few nights for most of the year and longer over Christmas and New Year. The calendar on each villa page shows the exact minimum for your dates before you book.
Do any villas come with a maid?
Twelve of our villas include maid service, several of them daily. You will see it in the amenities on each villa page, or tell us it matters to you and we will send you the ones that have it.

Where to rent a villa in Phuket
Bang Tao, Surin and Layan on the west coast hold many of the best pool villas and beach clubs, about 20 to 30 minutes from the airport. Kamala next door is calmer and good for families. Rawai and Nai Harn in the far south feel the most local and suit longer stays. Patong is the busiest for nightlife.
