Inside, it's a spacious and comfortable home with Thai style furniture, perfect for a small family or a couple of friends sharing. Terracotta floors and vaulted ceilings help to keep everything cool, along with the sea breeze blowing in across the jungle, while its open layout and well-kitted-out kitchen make it a practical choice. Master bedroom is spacious, with its window wall opening to the terrace. The terrace offers dining space, sun loungers and a small but perfectly formed pool, surrounded by tropical forest. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is not included and will be charged at 100 baht/cubic meter.
Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee of 1500 baht, including a change of linens and towels (advance booking required). Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This villa is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the House rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
