An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 3 minutes (motorbike) away or a 10 minute walk. The building is new, with great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area. Exercise room, 24 hour security and private parking area.
The fully air conditioned studio is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and safe. In the balcony the studio has a washing machine.
The bathroom includes a walk in shower and hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai.
The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, microwave and kettle.
Lounge area offers flat screen TV with cable channels.
There are 3 swimming pools, one on the rooftop and two swimming pools around the building, as well as a gym with AC and view. WiFi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided upon arrival. Please note that it might not be suitable for working online or streaming as it is not reliable enough.
Electric and water usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 600baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets allowed. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
