Located between Bang Tao Beach and Surin Beach you can take a stroll to the ocean, shop and try different restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.
The villa has a garden and swimming pool. There is a lounge area by the pool and also a barbecue to enjoy under the covered open air patio.
The western style kitchen is equipped with burners, electric kettle, rice cooker and oven. We can also hire a cook or maid upon your request!
On the ground floor there is an indoor dining area and also a counter in the kitchen for a quick bite.
In the afternoon you may want to chill in the luminous lounge area, the living room flat screen TV has cable to watch movies or international tv channels.
We have a brand new pool table and many board games for entertaining your company.
On the upper floor the bedrooms are decorated in modern style, there is 1 en-suite bedroom and 2 other bedrooms with an adjacent bathroom. The master bedroom has a private balcony as well.
The entire house has ceiling fans installed and the integrated air-con system has separate remote controls for each room.
In the laundry room next to the kitchen there is a sofa couch that sleeps one extra person, a washing machine and dryer are available and an additional downstairs toilet. There is also a covered car-port for parking.
Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Daily cleaning service is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿15,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This house is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the house rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets allowed. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
