The rooftop swimming pool can be accessed with a key card provided on check in.

The Privilege Residence is set in a peaceful hillside area near Kalim Beach. The vibrant center of Patong, with its nightlife venues, restaurants and shops can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Other popular destinations such as Kamala beach, Red Mountain Golf course, Tiger Kingdom or Elephant Jungle Sanctuary are within a 15-minute drive. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the island and the area.
Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave. Cleaning during the stay not included in the price, charged 600 baht when required (includes linen and towel change). Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check-in is available on request free of charge.
As per request by the Building’s administration we require passport copies of all guests in advance of the stay.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Hotel’s rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
