With Ozone Condo amenities, including a rooftop swimming pool, gym and restaurant on-site – you won't have to venture far for leisure activities. Free parking for guests is also available.
The living space is a comfortable size and includes a queen size bed, kitchenette, and a closet for storage. Seating area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Private Wi-Fi is available for working online or streaming your favorite shows. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide lots of daylight.
The kitchen is great for cooking, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans, stovetop, toaster, microwave, and kettle.
Bathroom features a walk-in shower, hairdryer as well as Organic toiletries from Chiang Mai.
Electric and water usage is included in the price, please close windows when AC is on. Turn off AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 600 baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
