Designed in a modern and contemporary style, the villa features a private pool surrounded by tropical trees and a lush garden.
The main entrance is to the large living room that offers views of the swimming pool and a big comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV. Open to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove and all utensils.
The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with double sink, deep soaking bath tub and a separate walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms have en-suite facilities as well.
Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿15,000.00. The damage deposit is payable upon arrival.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This villa is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Residence’s rules. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets allowed. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
