Master bedroom features a king bed with en-suite bathroom that has a bathtub, a walk-in shower, a hairdryer. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The Ark at Veloche has 2 beautiful swimming pools at the building and offers excellent views and luxury accommodation all year around. Common area also includes a gym, kids area and there is free on-site parking if you travel with a car.
Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the rate, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is included in the price.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the designated garbage area near the parking lot to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
