Just a few steps outside, and you are enjoying the building’s rooftop pool, sunbathing areas or a fitness center, that is on the same floor too. In the evenings you can relax after your day outside and watch beautiful sunsets over the Andaman Sea.
The apartment has a kitchen, living room with sofas, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking Karon hills and the ocean.
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, and utensils for self-catering. There is a dining area with chairs there as well.
Master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom, sliding glass doors lead to the balcony.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience, along with a hairdryer and handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai.
The AC is meant to keep you comfortable. Please note that the TVs aren't working at the moment, but free Wi-Fi is available for you to use (ADSL broadband connection).
Take advantage of a well equipped fitness center, free internet services, two outdoor pools (one is on the ground floor and another is on the top floor), nearby laundry service, open terrace and free parking on premises.
Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included. We require advance payment for electric usage (in case of excess) of 100 baht per day. Deposit will be refunded on check out when settling the electric bill. Please turn off ACs and all lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included, charged 1200 baht if required. It includes the change of bed linen and towels. Book your cleaning 48hrs in advance by contacting us.
PLEASE NOTE, the jacuzzi bathtub on the balcony is out of order and can't be used at the moment.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the property we will charge a minimum of 5,000 baht fee.
No smelly cooking.
No shoes inside the property. All garbage and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Children must be supervised, specially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. BBQ, fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are fire hazard.
Cleaning is not included in the price, cleaning will be charged 1200 baht if required. Please book your cleaning with minimum 24 hours advance notice.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
