You'll find yourself within easy walking distance of Karon's entire infrastructure: from cafes and restaurants to spas, night markets, and convenience stores. A note for light sleepers: The condo's convenient location near the main road is ideal for transport, but you may hear some typical street noise.
Electricity usage of 30 kWh per day is included in the rate; extra usage will be charged at 7 THB/kWh. To keep costs down, please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the apartment.
Cleaning service is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee. Late check-in is available upon request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the designated garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
