This 60 sqm air-conditioned apartment has everything you need on a holiday and is composed of 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a living room with a sitting area and a coffee table, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a closet for storage and a safe box in the room. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi connection are available for you to entertain after a day out.
The Ark building at Veloche has 2 swimming pools at the building and offers excellent views and luxury accommodation all year around. Very conveniently located, short 6-8 min easy walk to beautiful Karon beach and 20 min to Kata Beach. No hills, very safe area - day or night. Restaurants, bars, shops, banks, massage shops all around. Common area also includes a gym, kids club and free on-site parking if you travel with a car or scooters.
For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1200 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the property we will charge a minimum of 5,000 baht fee.
No smelly cooking.
No shoes inside the property. All garbage and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Children must be supervised, specially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. BBQ, fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are fire hazard.
Cleaning is not included in the price, cleaning will be charged 600 baht if required. Please book your cleaning with minimum 24 hours advance notice.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
No pets allowed
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
