Private balcony with glass sliding doors has outdoor furniture and provides great views and sea breeze for you to enjoy day or night. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge, cutlery & kitchenware, cooking hob, toaster, microwave and kettle for self-catering.
The entire infrastructure of Karon is within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, convenience shops, supermarkets, massage and spa salons, pharmacies, currency exchange points, night markets, and other attractions!
Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules.
No shoes inside the property.
No smelly cooking.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odors. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you smoke on the balcony you must keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage. If smoking inside the apartment we will charge a minimum of 5,000 baht fine.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
