Just 100 meters (3-4 mins walk) to the main road with many cafes,restaurants and convenient stores with a staircase carved on the hillside for easier climbing. 700 meters (8-10 mins walk) to the world famous Patong beach and town center. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the island. An end unit, with a tropical forest on one side. Enjoy total privacy while being very close to the city and waking up to the sounds of birds chirping.
The house is spacious, modern and well decorated with three bedrooms and three full baths easily accommodating 6 people. All levels have rooms with bi folding doors which can be completely open to provide a great indoor- outdoor tropical living experience. Panoramic windows provide amazing
views and constant sea breeze..
The covered parking and main entrance are on the top level, which also has a storage area, guest bathroom and a spacious master bedroom with a large sea view balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a separate jacuzzi bathtub and shower with direct views of the Andaman sea. Wake up to glorious ocean
views and end your days enjoying colorful sunsets over Patong bay.
A staircase leads down to the middle level where there is an open-plan living with a kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. It has appliances such as an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and utensils for self-catering.
The living room opens out to a large shady terrace overlooking jungle-cated mountains and the ocean. This is a perfect space to enjoy outdoors, dine and entertain with your family and friends. Private Wi-Fi is available.
On the lower level there is a second bedroom that features a king size bed and another sea view balcony with a seating area. At the rear there is another bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a
walk-in shower.
Electric usage is not included in the price, it will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is included. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the house.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in and check out is available on request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿15,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

This townhouse is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the House rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Parking is at the front of the entrance and across from the villa under the shed, NO street parking.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
