Perfectly suited for a couple or a solo traveler, you’ll have everything you need for a perfect stay.
The studio is spacious, fully furnished and air-conditioned. The living space has a king-size bed, kitchenette, dining table for two, and a closet for storage. There is a seating area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Private high speed WIFI.
Floor-to-ceiling windows lead out to your own private balcony with chairs, a lovely spot for your morning coffee or to relax after a day at the beach.
Cook your meals at the kitchen that is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and utensils for self-catering. An in-unit washer adds extra convenience for longer stays.
The condo is well-maintained and offers popular facilities such as a swimming pool with a sundeck, fitness room, free parking, 24-hour security, and CCTV.
Electricity usage of 35 kWh/day is included; additional usage will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Please close windows and doors when the air conditioning is on, and turn off the AC and all lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the price but available upon request for an additional fee. Late check-in is available for free upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
