Perfectly suited for a couple or single, you’ll have everything you need for your perfect stay. The studio is a decent size, furnished in a contemporary style and fully air-conditioned. Third guest or a child can sleep on the sofa, please let us know in advance if we need to set up the bedding for the extra guest.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove and utensils for cooking your own meals. Begin your day by taking your morning coffee out onto the private balcony for views of lush Thai greenery before heading down for a morning swim in the residents only swimming pool or getting your sweat on at the gym.
Electric and water usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 600 baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
Lots of local restaurants/cafes and bars within 5-10 minutes walk and the beach area is about 20 minutes along streets lined with myriad shops, eateries and massage places. It is advised to rent a car or bike to ensure a convenient stay in the peaceful and quiet retreat. Patong Boxing Stadium, Bangla Road, Phuket Simon Cabaret, Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Banzaan fresh Market are just within a short 5 mins ride.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area near elevators to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
