Nai Harn Beach Condominium is centrally located between Nai Harn and Rawai beaches with many shops, restaurants and bars, and other key local amenities around.
The apartment is spacious, air-conditioned and fully equipped for your convenience. Prepare meals and beach snacks in the kitchenette that include a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and kitchenware. In the living area you will find a huge Smart TV, a seating sofa, and a coffee table. Cable channels and WiFi are available. Private balcony with mountain views provides relaxing and cozy vibes for our guests.
Shared facilities include swimming pool, sundeck with loungers, fitness room, beautifully landscaped tropical garden, a restaurant and mini market on site, free parking and 24hrs security.
The Restaurant on site offers Russian, Thai and European dishes at affordable prices.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage is not included in the price and will be charged at 11 baht/kw. Close windows and doors when AC is on, turn off the AC and the lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 600 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
