Upon entering this luxury apartment, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room, complete with a large Smart TV, comfortable sofa and stylish décor. The glass doors lead out to the private furnished patio, a perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering, whether it be a quick breakfast or a dinner meal.
The bedroom offers a tranquil retreat, complete with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom features a rain shower, providing the perfect sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploring.
You’ll benefit from plenty of shared facilities, including a large swimming pool, rooftop swimming pool, sundecks with loungers, free parking, a fully equipped fitness center, a restaurant and a coffee shop with a bakery on-site.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons
No smoking inside the apartment (fine 5000 baht/bedroom)
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number
Damage deposit has to be paid on arrival is 5000 baht
