The studio offers a king bed, wardrobe, kitchen, small private patio, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy your own private kitchen with a dining table, fridge, microwave, cooking hob, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware.
Please note that apartment is located on the ground floor, with windows and facing a wall as shown in the photos. There is not a lot of daylight inside the unit.
Emerald Terrace Resort offers popular amenities such as a communal swimming pool, parking for guests, 24-hour security, and CCTV. Free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall 3 times a day. Please note that the gym is closed for renovations indefinitely.
For short stays, electric usage is included in the price. Turn off the AC and all the lights when leaving the apartment. For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Cleaning service is not included in the price but can be arranged at an extra fee. The cost is 750 baht; that includes a change of linen and all the towels. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area near elevators to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
