The studio features a king-size bed, a seating area with a TV, and a wardrobe for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove, and utensils for cooking your meals. Begin your day by enjoying your morning coffee on the private balcony before heading down for a swim in the residents-only pool or working up a sweat at the gym. Guests have access to shared Wi-Fi provided by the condo, though please note the connection isn’t reliable or high-speed.
Electricity usage is not included in the price and will be charged at 7 baht/kWh. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on, and turn off the AC and all lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee. Late check-in is available upon request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area near elevators to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
