The living room includes a seating area with a sofa and a TV that opens up to a large private balcony with outdoor furniture. There is a washer in the unit, which is perfect for longer stays. The bedroom features a queen bed, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy home-cooked meals or prepare beach snacks with the kitchen that includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware.
Only 10 min by foot and you are on one of the best beaches of Phuket - Karon, which is famous for its snow white sand and gently sloping water.
Within a 10-min walk there are more than 40 restaurants of local and European food for every taste and budget, 3 supermarkets, 2 gyms for Thai boxing and countless massage salons.
Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kw used.
Cleaning service is not included during the stay, but can be booked and will be charged 600 baht per time (cleaning includes linen and towels change). Please book your cleaning service 48 hours in advance.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
