Dip into one of the 6 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a lazy river, beautiful garden, sundecks with loungers or a sauna. Additional features include a modern fitness center, SPA, restaurant and bar on-site, coffee shop, playground, private parking, 24-hour security and CCTV.
The bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and can be an open space just by sliding doors. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure great light and a wide mountain view.
Prepare meals and beach snacks in the kitchen that include a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and kitchenware. There is also a washing machine in the apartment for your convenience.
In the living area you will find a large Smart TV with cable channels, a seating sofa to relax after a day at the beach. Wi Fi is available.
Please close windows and doors when AC is working. Turn off the AC and all lights when you leave the apartment. Daily cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee of 600 baht. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check-in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area near elevators to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
