This fully air-conditioned apartment has everything you need and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan design with a large living area and kitchen space. The living area has a comfy sofa and a large Smart TV with sound system, the perfect spot to catch up on your favorite shows after a fun day at the beach. Wi-Fi is available for entertaining or working online The lounge area opens to a private patio with a dining set and a small private garden.
The bedrooms are elegant and well-appointed. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a deep soaking bath. Guest bedroom features a queen bed. Another bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer is next to this bedroom.
The kitchen provides all the essentials needed to prepare a delicious meal or a quick snack. It includes a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and essential cookware and utensils. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining area, or savor your meals on the patio, immersing yourself in the tranquil atmosphere.
The resort offers a range of amenities for your enjoyment. Take a dip in the sparkling lagoon style communal pool with in-pool Jacuzzi surrounded by a tropical garden, or lounge on the sun deck while soaking up the warm sun rays. Stay active and maintain your fitness routine at the gym, ensuring your well-being during your stay. Try out the restaurant or SPA treatments on-site.
Electric usage is not included in the price and will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1200 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area near elevators to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. Smoking is allowed only on the patio outside. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
