Our self serviced 1br apartment features a queen size bed, a living room with a sofa and a TV, dining area, well equipped kitchen, and a private balcony. We also have a rollaway bed for an extra guest or a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to set it up. Private Wi-Fi is available for working online or streaming.
The facilities of the Condo include a fitness room, a minimart, big swimming pool surrounded by a garden, and jocking lanes. Large parking space. Security measures including CCTVs and key cards, as well as 24-hour security guards at the entrance.
For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 750 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area near elevators to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
