The apartment is decorated in modern style and fully equipped for a perfect holiday. With an open-plan design, the living area includes a comfy seating sofa, a Smart TV, and a kitchen.
Prepare delicious meals and beach snacks in the kitchen that include a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and all the kitchenware. There is also a washing machine in the apartment for your convenience.
The bedroom features a king size bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and has another AC unit.
For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment. For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Daily cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee of 600 baht. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check-in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
