The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge, stovetop, and essential kitchenware, making it easy to prepare quick meals and beach snacks. For added convenience, a washing machine is also provided.
The bedroom area can be closed off from the living space with a glass sliding door. It features a comfortable queen bed, a walk-in closet with a safe for your valuables, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For your ultimate comfort, the bedroom has its own air conditioning unit.
After a day of adventure, return to the condo to enjoy popular amenities including a communal swimming pool, a fitness room, dedicated guest parking, and 24-hour security with CCTV.
Electricity usage of 30 kWh per day is already included in the price. Extra usage will be charged at 7 THB/kw. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price but can be arranged for an additional fee. Late check-in is available on request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
