In the living room you will find a large flat-screen Smart TV with cable channels, a seating sofa, and a coffee table. The room has a lot of daylight and opens up to a private balcony with outdoor furniture.
One bedroom offers a queen size bed and another two single beds. Both bedrooms have TV with cable channels and air conditioning. Prepare delicious meals and beach snacks in the kitchen that include a stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and all the kitchenware. There is also a washing machine in the apartment for your convenience.
Packed with a full range of facilities the Oceanstone offers 2 swimming pools (one is a rooftop infinity pool), sundecks with loungers, fitness room, outdoor recreational areas, on-site restaurant, CCTV and 24-hour guards, free parking.
For short stays electric usage is included in the price. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment. For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Daily cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee of 1200 baht. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo’s rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
