Upon entering this spacious apartment, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room, complete with a large TV, comfy sofa and stylish décor. The glass doors lead out to the private furnished patio, where you can relax, dine, and enjoy the Residence and pool view.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, whether it be a quick breakfast or a dinner party with friends. The elegant dining area is perfect for sharing meals together.
The master bedroom is complete with a queen bed, large wardrobe and offers garden view. The second bedroom features two single beds.
The Residence Kalim Bay offers world-class amenities to ensure that your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Take a dip in the communal pool, read a book and unwind on the sun loungers, or have a cocktail at the pool bar. 24-hour security ensures your safety and peace of mind.
Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kw used.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1200 baht. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets allowed. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
