A cozy living space awaits when you enter this apartment. It is fully air conditioned and equipped for a perfect holiday. The living room includes a seating area with a sofa and a large TV, private balcony with ocean and mountain views. There is a washer in the unit, which is convenient for longer stays. The bedroom features a queen bed, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy home-cooked meals or prepare beach snacks with the kitchen that includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware.
Facilities include a sea view rooftop pool, sun deck with loungers, communal gym, parking spaces, elevators and smoke & heat detectors in all units.
For short stays electric usage is included in the price. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment. For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Daily cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee of 600 baht. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area near elevators to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
