The building offers popular amenities, such as a 50-meter lap pool, a rooftop swimming pool with a sunbathing area and sea view, an exercise room with a steam room, 24-hour security, and a parking area. There is also a laundry room (coin operated).
Featuring a queen bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom, the bedroom can become an open space simply by sliding the doors. The lounge area has a seating sofa and a flat-screen TV with international channels. Floor-to-ceiling windows give all areas of the apartment a beautiful mountain and city view. The private balcony is a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
Cook your own meals in the kitchen, which has all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and kitchenware.
For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity usage is charged separately at 7 baht per kWh. Please close windows when the AC is on and turn off all lights when leaving. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee upon request. Late check-in can be arranged with advance notice.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets allowed. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
