The apartment includes two beautifully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper-level master bedroom features a king-size bed and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating one adult or two children. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, small oven, coffee machine, and kitchenware. Step outside to the large outdoor patio with furniture and open views, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
Electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 THB/kw used. To keep costs down, please close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the apartment.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price but can be arranged for an additional fee of 1800 baht (advance booking is required). Late check-in is available upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo’s rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
