Enjoy the Condo shared amenities, including two swimming pools, a fitness room, guest parking, laundry room (coin-operated), 24-hour security, and CCTV. The standout feature is the rooftop swimming pool at Building A, which offers breathtaking views of Patong Bay, the city, and the surrounding mountains - great spot for enjoying stunning sunsets.
Inside the apartment, the bedroom has a king bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. Sliding doors let you open it up to the lounge area if you prefer more space. The lounge has a seating sofa and a flat-screen TV with international channels. Floor-to-ceiling windows give you a good view of the mountains and city, and the private balcony is a nice spot to relax after a day out.
The kitchen has everything you need if you feel like cooking your own meals—a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the basic cutlery and kitchenware.
For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity usage is charged separately at 7 baht per kWh. Please be mindful and close windows when ACs are on and turn off all lights when leaving. Cleaning service is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the house, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets allowed.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
