Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This is a private home, so please respect the apartment and follow the condo rules.
Take all garbage to the designated garbage area.
Wash all dishes and kitchen utensils daily and before check-out.
No smoking inside the apartment (minimum 5,000 THB per bedroom cleaning fee applies).
No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
No pets or shoes inside the apartment.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pools. Running, diving, and other unsafe activities are not allowed.
