Well-planned accommodation space and modern furnishings offer guests a comfortable stay for both short- and long-term stays. The open-plan living area boasts a seamless transition between the cozy lounge and the fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to relax and indulge in the comforts of home. The glass doors lead out to the private furnished balcony, a perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee.
Prepare delicious meals and beach snacks in the kitchen that include a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, and all the kitchenware. Two bedrooms are elegant and well-appointed; each has a queen bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe.
As part of Diamond Condominium, you’ll have access to an array of facilities provided by the resort; these include a gym with a sauna, a 50-meter lap pool, a SPA pool, a kids pool, a sundeck with loungers, and a restaurant on-site. There is a free shuttle service from the resort, stopping at Bangtao Beach, Catch Beach Club, Bangtao’s Friday Market, and Blue Tree Water Park. For those who prefer a little exercise, a whole host of other activities are a short stroll away.
PLEASE NOTE. For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kw. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave the apartment.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee. The cost is 1400 baht and includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request, free of charge.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All guests need to send us copies of their passports at the time of booking.
