Both large bedrooms overlook the pool and are furnished with king-sized beds, ensuring a restful sleep. Each bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom that includes deep soaking bathtubs, providing a spa-like experience.
The 4x8 meter pool has a shallow end, making it safe and enjoyable for children. Surrounded by tropical greenery, the garden is a perfect spot for lounging and outdoor activities.
Set in a peaceful area, the development is gated and has guards on site 24/7. There is a parking space at the villa for one car. Please don’t park your car on the street near the villa.
Unlike all other villas in the area, we’ve already included 30kw/day in the rate! Extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per kw used according to meter readings at check out.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.

Rules
This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities. Fireworks and lanterns are not allowed as they are a fire hazard.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All guests need to send us copies of their passports at the time of booking.
