Our holiday home is tailored for a great getaway, featuring an en-suite bedroom with a queen bed, a cozy living room with a sitting area, and a private balcony offering beautiful views of the sea and mountains. One extra person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Third person can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room, so we can host 3 people or a couple with a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to set up bedding before your arrival.
Wind down with a flat-screen TV offering cable channels and stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. Prepare your own meals in the kitchen, complete with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware.
The Aristo 2 Condo ensures a pleasant stay with amenities such as an infinity sea view swimming pool, a sundeck with loungers, a fitness studio, covered parking, and 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance.
PLEASE NOTE. For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity usage is charged separately at 7 baht per kilowatt-hour. Be wise, keep windows and doors closed when using the AC, and turn off the AC and all lights when leaving the apartment.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Condo's rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Children must be supervised, especially around pool areas.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
