Our apartment features comfortable furnishings for both short- and long-term stays. The open-plan living area connects a cozy lounge with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, leading to a large terrace with ocean and mountain views, outdoor furniture, and a plunge pool—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.Two en-suite bedrooms are elegant and well-appointed; each has a king bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure lots of daylight. Each bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a bathtub.Prepare delicious meals and beach snacks in the kitchen that include a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, and all the kitchenware. A laundry room with a washer, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning tools adds convenience for longer stays.
Resort amenities include a fitness room with a sauna, a sea-view infinity swimming pool with a sun deck and children’s pool, a Sky Bar Restaurant serving breakfast and lunch (at an extra fee), covered parking for guests, and 24-hour security on site. The rooftop pool can be accessed with a key card provided on check-in.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage of 30 kw/day is already included in the rate; extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per unit on check-out. Be wise, keep windows and doors closed when using the AC, and turn off the AC and all lights when leaving the apartment.
While daily cleaning is not included, it can be arranged for an additional fee of 1500 baht, which includes fresh linen and towel changes. Please book 48 hours in advance to schedule cleaning.
Late check-in is available upon request.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿10,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect our place and follow the Hotel’s rules.
Garbage must be taken to the garbage area to avoid insects and bad odors.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily and before check out for sanitary reasons.
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the apartment, we will charge a minimum of 5000 baht/bedroom fee.
No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm-8am. No pets. No shoes inside.
Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
