With an open-plan design, the living room includes a kitchen, seating area with a sofa and a private balcony with tropical greenery view. The bedroom features a king bed, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
With a good selection of shops,restaurants and bars conveniently found nearby, a 6 minute drive to the beautiful Nai Harn beach as well as Rawai, Ya Nui and Kata beaches. Local stores and supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive and shopping at Central festival is only a 20 minute drive.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage is not included in the price and will be charged at cost 7 baht per kw used.
Daily cleaning is not included in the rate, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 700 baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
Strictly non smoking policy. If smoking inside the property we will charge a minimum of 5,000 baht fee.
No shoes inside the property. All garbage and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed daily before departure.
Children must be supervised, specially around pool areas. Running and diving are not allowed as any other dangerous or unsafe activities.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
