Step inside to a cozy, fully air-conditioned living space, thoughtfully decorated in modern style and equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway. The living room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa and large Smart TV, along with a private balcony offering serene garden and golf course views. A washer is available for your convenience, making the condo ideal for longer stays.
The bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, a spacious wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and snacks, with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware.
A third guest can comfortably sleep on the couch in the living room, allowing us to accommodate up to three adults or a couple with one child. If you would like the sofa bed prepared before your arrival, please let us know in advance.
Guests can enjoy exclusive access to the rooftop leisure facilities, including an infinity-edge pool with Jacuzzi, BBQ area (charges applied, you should arrange this service at the front desk), spacious SKY deck, yoga space, and open lawn perfect for events. The buildings are connected by scenic aerial bridges with lagoon views, while a unique sky jogging path offers a great way to stay fit while enjoying panoramic vistas of the lush surroundings. A regular shuttle bus service operates between resort hotels, the golf club and the Canal Village shopping Mall. Also right adjacent is the 18-hole Laguna golf course and many other amenities of the resort complex. To use the rooftop BBQ facilities, you will need to arrange it with the front desk, and there is a usage fee of 500 THB.
PLEASE NOTE. For short stays, 30 kW of electricity per day is included in the price, with any additional usage charged at 7 THB/kw. For stays of 28 nights and longer, electricity is charged fully at 7 THB/kw. Be wise and turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
If you require a late check-in, it can be arranged upon request at no extra cost.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿5,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We offer free cancellation until 14 days prior to check in on Full rate (no discount) bookings.
If you cancel between 8-13 days prior to check in, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check in are non-refundable.
Discounted bookings are non-refundable

Rules
We expect our guests to respect our home and follow the Condo's rules:
• Take garbage to the designated disposal area to avoid insects and bad odors• Wash kitchen utensils and dishes daily and before checkout for sanitary reasons• Strictly no smoking inside – minimum 5000 baht fine per bedroom if violated• No parties or events – quiet hours from 10pm to 8am• No pets allowed
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in fines: hanging clothes, towels or any items on balcony railings, and placing shoes, garbage or personal belongings in hallways. Any fines issued by building management will be the responsibility of the guest.
